Return & Exchange Policy
01. Eligibility
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, Southern Compounds can only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or incorrect shipments. To maintain the integrity of our research compounds, returns for opened, used, or unsealed products are strictly prohibited. All research-grade materials must remain in their original condition to be eligible for a credit or exchange.
02. Guidelines
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be processed. Once your request is verified, we will provide instructions for the return of the unopened items. Please ensure products are handled according to laboratory safety protocols until they are safely returned. Processing time for exchanges typically takes 5–7 business days after receipt.
Refund Procedure & Timelines
01. Validation
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our laboratory research standards and safety protocols.
02. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the transaction has been initiated from our system.
03. Completion
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the balance to post.
