Delivery Options & Timelines

Standard Shipping
Estimated arrival: 3–5 business days after processing. Ships via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable standard shipping service. Ideal for routine replenishment of laboratory supplies.
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Please note: Standard shipping estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weekends, holidays, weather, and destination may affect delivery times.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for customers who need faster transit. Because UPS 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Mail Express cost significantly more than standard shipping, this option is offered as a paid upgrade. A $29.95 flat rate will be collected prior to shipping.
Tracking Your Research Compounds
Following the successful fulfillment of your research purchase, a specific tracking ID is assigned to your shipment. An automated notification featuring these details will be sent via your selected carrier, providing you with constant oversight of your package throughout its journey.
Standard processing times for research compounds range from 1-3 business days. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after the initial shipment notification. Our logistical workflow is designed to maintain the integrity and security of every shipment from our facility to your research site.
Handling Issues & Claims
Reporting Damaged Vials: If your vials arrive damaged, please take a clear photo of the damaged items alongside the original packaging and shipping label. Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim.
Lost or Missing Shipments: For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will facilitate a claim and coordinate a resolution according to our policy standards.
